30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage

 

A 30-year fixed rate mortgage has an interest rate that will not change for the life of your loan.

You can also get fixed rate mortgages for 10, 15, 20, and 25 year terms, saving you interest over the life of the loan.

Rates for 30-year fixed rate mortgages are currently at or near historical lows.

Down Payments as low as "Zero" (USDA and VA Loans) and 3.5% down for FHA loans.

Down payments as little as 5% down on a 30-year fixed rate conventional mortgage.

Refinance up to 95% of your home value. Or, refinance up to 80% of the value to take cash out and remodel, pay down debt or invest.

FHA also allows the seller to pay some or all of your closing costs for your new loan!

You can get a jumbo loan with either a fixed rate — which means your payment and rate will never change over the life of your loan, or with an even lower adjustable rate term (which can be great if you plan to move or refinance in the next few years)
